JF Konek Terms of Service

These Terms govern a business operator’s use of JF Konek, the Wi-Fi management and voucher platform operated by JF Networks. By creating an account, you confirm that you are authorized to operate the registered business and networks and agree to these Terms.
1. Platform service
The platform provides access-point enrollment, Wi-Fi portal management, vouchers, payment-related records, service credits, earnings records, and support tools. Availability may depend on third-party controller, internet, payment, messaging, and cloud services.
2. Operator responsibilities
You must provide accurate account, access-point, customer-plan, payout, and payment information; secure your login and network equipment; use only devices and sites you are authorized to manage; comply with applicable laws; and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful network use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your saved GCash payout destination.
3. Charges and balances
Current subscription, commission, payment-processing, and payout rules are disclosed in the platform before the relevant transaction. Service credits are prepaid, non-withdrawable, and used for platform charges. Earnings are separately recorded and may be withdrawn subject to settlement, minimums, reversals, refunds, and account status. Provider charges may change when third-party pricing changes.
4. Vouchers and customer service
You control your offered plans and are responsible for representations made to your Wi-Fi customers. Platform records and controller availability determine voucher activation and access. Fraud, chargebacks, refunds, controller outages, and incorrect configurations may affect service.
5. Suspension and termination
JF Networks may restrict or suspend access for unpaid subscriptions, security risks, abuse, legal requirements, or material violations. Account deactivation stops new operations, forfeits remaining nonwithdrawable service credits at permanent closure, and allows only eligible settled earnings to be processed under the closure workflow.
6. Service limitations
The platform is provided using reasonable care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, JF Networks is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, customer-device behavior, operator configuration errors, third-party outages, or unauthorized use caused by compromised operator credentials.
7. Changes and governing rules
Material changes will be presented through the platform and may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
