JF Konek Privacy Notice

JF Konek is operated by JF Networks, which processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine privacy requirements and the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality.
Information we process
We process account identity and contact details, business and site information, authentication and security records, access-point identifiers and health, voucher and Wi-Fi session records, wallet and transaction records, masked or encrypted payout details, support communications, and technical logs. We do not intentionally collect customer browsing history through the voucher platform.
Purposes and lawful basis
We use this information to create and secure accounts, operate Wi-Fi and voucher services, calculate subscriptions and balances, process payments and withdrawals, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, preserve audit records, and improve reliability. Processing necessary to provide the requested platform service is distinct from optional marketing, which requires a separate choice.
How information is processed and shared
Information is processed through secured application, database, controller, payment, email, cloud-hosting, Google authentication, and Telegram support systems as applicable. It may be shared with service providers such as payment gateways, authentication providers, infrastructure providers, and messaging providers only as needed for their function, legal compliance, security, or dispute handling. Some providers may process data outside the Philippines under their own safeguards.
Retention and security
Active account information is retained while the service is provided. After closure, reusable identity and payout-profile data are removed or anonymized, while financial, payment, voucher-session, security, and audit records may be retained for legitimate accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, and legal requirements. We use access controls, encryption for sensitive fields, audit logs, and tenant isolation, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, objection, erasure or blocking, data portability where applicable, or information about processing. You may also raise a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity before acting on a request.
